The Finance Officer will join our Support Services staff team in a pivotal role in working with finance volunteers and overseeing day-to-day management of parish accounts and payroll. This includes:

  • Develop systems to enable efficient finance operations to bring individual church accounts into one set of parish accounts
  • Manage finance using ‘My Fund Accounting Online’ software (training provided)
  • Support development of budgets and implement financial decisions made by PCC
  • Oversee day to day transactions, payments, invoices, payroll.
  • Use MFAO to complete bank reconcilations, produce management reports and annual financial statements.
