I am incredibly excited to be joining COHL as the new Operations Manager. Over the last decade I have been involved in parish leadership, including eight years as an incumbent, which has provided me with firsthand experience of how churches function and operate.
I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with the excellent Support Service team that is already in place to continue providing high quality administrative support, as well as the opportunity to develop creative and innovative ways to resource the COHL vision financially and see God’s kingdom grow.
I can’t wait to visit the churches that make up COHL in the forthcoming months, to meet you, see what God is doing, and hear more about your hopes for the future.
The panel were delighted to share with Richard in discerning his fit for this role, bringing experience in mission, operation management and enterprise. We look forward to welcoming Richard to the team in October.
